Migratory birds do not seem to use a health pass, but you need one to come and land at Riad Toyour in Fes.
The health protocol for entering Moroccan territory was updated on 05/18/2022, and decision to lift restrictive measures.
Morocco now requires for entry into its territory, either a negative PCR test (72 hours), or a valid full vaccine passport (3 doses).
All passengers are required to complete, print and present the passenger's health card upon arrival at the airport.
